Our verdict
Car loans with multiple repayment options — but customer service can be hard to pin down.
TD Auto Finance is a good option for customers that have a straightforward situation and can pay on time. Its auto loans are only available through select dealerships, so you won't be able to apply for financing or check your rates ahead of your visit.
And borrowers that need to get in touch with the company may face excessively long hold times and poor customer service. For a lender you can go to directly to prequalify before you start negotiating, compare a few other auto lenders.
